Nehemiah Church of the Living God (NCLG) is a group of Christian families from Cavite. Organized in April 2010 and led by Rev. Armando D. Ocampo, NCLG held its first worship service on May 9, 2010.

NCLG family, despite being small in numbers, continue to serve the Lord faithfully while challenging its day-to-day difficulties that has strengthen the camaraderie among its members.

About Us

A small but faithful community serving the Lord in Kawit, Cavite since 2010.

Who We Are

Our History

NEHEMIAH CHURCH OF THE LIVING GOD (NCLG) was organized by a group of Christian families from Kawit, Cavite led by Rev. Armando D. Ocampo in April 2010. This newly-formed family of Christians celebrated its very first worship service on May 9, 2010 in the humble residence of the late Bro. Ramon del Rosario. On February 3, 2011, ten (10) months after its establishment, its SEC registration was released.

After three years of being faithful, the Lord bestowed our small community of faithful believers, the NCLG family, its permanent home at CWQ2+RR Kawit, Cavite in September 2013. On October 4, 2015, Pastor Jessie Bendol was welcomed and embraced by NCLG members as their regular pastor. And in October 2017, after two (2) years of his faithful service to the Lord, Pastor Jessie Bendol received his ordination.

With the leadership of Pastor Jessie Bendol, the Nehemiah Church of the Living God family, despite being small in numbers, continues to serve the Lord faithfully — strengthening the camaraderie among its members as they face each day's challenges together.

April 1, 2010
Founding Gathering — The first meeting of the families and believers who would later establish Nehemiah Church of the Living God (NCLG).
May 9, 2010
First Worship Service — NCLG held its inaugural worship service, marking the beginning of its ministry and fellowship.
February 3, 2011
SEC Registration — NCLG was officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, establishing its legal identity as a religious organization.
September 1, 2013
First Church Home — The NCLG family received its first permanent place of worship, providing a dedicated home for ministry and fellowship.
October 4, 2015
New Regular Pastor — Pastor Jessie Bendol was formally welcomed as the regular pastor of NCLG, ushering in a new chapter of leadership and spiritual guidance.
July 29, 2016
First Mission Work — NCLG launched its first mission outreach in Calantas, Calaca, Batangas, expanding its ministry beyond the local congregation.
October 22, 2017
Pastoral Ordination — Pastor Jessie Bendol was officially ordained, affirming his calling and ministry leadership within the church.
May 15, 2022
Joint Worship & 12th Anniversary — NCLG and Calantas Christian Bible Mission (CCBM) celebrated their first joint worship service together while commemorating the 12th anniversary of NCLG.
May 6, 2023
New Church Property Acquired — NCLG acquired its own church property, marking a significant milestone in the congregation's growth and long-term vision for ministry.

Nehemiah Church of the Living God, being a Christian community, adheres to the doctrines of the New Testament. Diligently conducting ministries within and outside of the church, primarily focused on propagating faith through education, literature, and witnessing.

This church mission started on July 2016, wherein NCLG conducted Bible studies to both adults and kids at Calaca, Batangas.
