Our History

NEHEMIAH CHURCH OF THE LIVING GOD (NCLG) was organized by a group of Christian families from Kawit, Cavite led by Rev. Armando D. Ocampo in April 2010. This newly-formed family of Christians celebrated its very first worship service on May 9, 2010 in the humble residence of the late Bro. Ramon del Rosario. On February 3, 2011, ten (10) months after its establishment, its SEC registration was released.

After three years of faithfully gathering and worshiping together, the Lord blessed the Nehemiah Church of the Living God (NCLG) family with a dedicated worship building in September 2013. This marked a significant milestone for the church, as the congregation moved from worshiping in a residential garage to its dedicated worship building.

On October 4, 2015, Pastor Jessie Bendol was warmly welcomed and embraced by the NCLG family as their regular pastor. Two years later, in October 2017, after faithfully serving the Lord and His people, Pastor Jessie Bendol was ordained into the ministry.

In May 2023, the Lord further showed His faithfulness by blessing NCLG with its very own church building under the Nehemiah Church of the Living God name. This long-awaited milestone stands as a testament to His provision and guidance throughout the church's journey.

Through the leadership of Pastor Jessie Bendol, the Nehemiah Church of the Living God continues to grow in faith and unity. Though small in number, the NCLG family remains steadfast in serving the Lord and supporting one another as they faithfully carry out God's work.
